Welcome to the enchanting world of Le Petit Paris, where the French tradition of pastry and bakery comes to life under your hands. Our workshops, led by our master baker-pastry chef Stephan Martin, offer a unique opportunity to learn the secrets of French pastry and bakery in a friendly and professional environment.
Whether you’re a pastry enthusiast or a curious beginner, our workshops are designed to provide you with an immersive and enriching experience. Limited to 5 participants per session, each workshop ensures personalized attention and practical advice to master specific techniques.
Our classes also emphasize the nutritional aspects of pastry and bakery, using quality ingredients and health-conscious methods. Learn how to prepare sweet treats and artisanal breads while maintaining a balanced and healthy diet.

How to Reserve
To reserve your spot in our workshops, you can either visit the store in person at 1201 Winter Garden Vineland Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787, or call us at 407-614-4477. Payment is mandatory to secure your booking; otherwise, your registration will not be confirmed. You can also reserve by email at workshops@le-petit-paris.com, although this process may take longer as it requires validation to ensure secure online payment through a provided link. Please note that reservations are only confirmed after full payment. The workshop will be canceled if fewer than 2 people are registered.
Price: $140 for a workshop of approximately 3 hours.
Discounts:
- $105 for returning students within 2 weeks of their previous workshop.
- $105 per person for multiple registrations (same workshop and date).
- $475 for a Workshop Passport card valid for 5 workshops to be used within 6 months (can be shared among multiple people).
- Private workshops are available for groups of 1 to 5 people ($500). To define the date and theme, please contact us by email.
